An environment rich in history and unspoiled nature! Numerous activities are possible: Hiking, biking, canoeing, summer sledding, paragliding. Visits to the Château de Falaise, the landing beaches, Lake Rabodanges... What a pleasant stay! The space The house is located in a small hamlet in the countryside in the heart of Normandy Switzerland in a beautiful garden of 2500 m2. 5 minutes from the town center of Pont d'Ouilly (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, bar, shops...). This 75 m2 accommodation is designed to accommodate 4 people. It is well equipped, very bright and comfortable. Perfect for a family holiday in the countryside. It has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed (new bedding, double bed 200 cm long installed in July 2025), and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. A shower room, a separate toilet, a living room, a dining room, an open kitchen and a back kitchen. The terrace is accessible from the dining room, with stunning views of Normandy Switzerland. Sun loungers and a parasol are available. Check-in is from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. Check-out is at 10 a.m. The cleaning fee is included. It allows us to disinfect the accommodation and do more maintenance. However, the house must be left clean. Guest access The entire house is accessible, the garden as well. The exterior buildings are not. Other things to note Access to the living room is via 2 small steps and the rest of the accommodation is on one level. This listing is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
