We're located in Hye TX, about 10 minutes from Johnson City and 20 minutes from Fredericksburg. Dogs welcome. Need an early checkin or late checkout? Just ask! Your private deck is perfect for morning coffee and wine in the evening. King sized bed, kitchenette, & walk in shower make this a relaxing place for a getaway. There's a covered deck about 200 feet away from the cabin with gas grill, gas fire pit for evenings under the stars. Play corn hole, chess, & bocce ball on the games court. The space This 16x16 cozy cabin sleeps two on a king-sized bed with soft, comfy bedding. The kitchenette is stocked with coffee and tea, individual creamers, a drip coffee pot, microwave, toaster, small refrigerator/freezer, and a water kettle. A large walk-in shower comes with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and soft towels. The private patio with table and chairs is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. There are solar lights at the parking spot and stairs and a motion sensor light at the corner of the cabin for your convenience. Guest access In addition to this cabin, our property has 2 RV slip rentals about 100 ft away. The outdoor area (around 200ft away) will be shared with the other guests who may be on our property. The shared area includes a covered patio with a games court for corn hole, checkers, and bocce ball (checkers, boards and balls provided), gas fire pit, and a gas grill. The patio is illuminated with cafe lights and has an 8 person table for dining (6 chairs are provided). If there are other guests staying on the property during your visit, kindly be considerate of noise levels and how it may impact the experience of fellow guests. You may also be sharing amenities such as the grill, deck, outdoor kitchen, and games court. Other guests staying on the property may have dog(s) with them, so please make sure that if you bring a dog, that they either play well with others or that they are leashed. The property is fenced, but there are some gaps and open areas where the dogs may be able to get through the fencing. The owners live on the far side of the property. The rest of the property is left natural for wildlife, so expect uneven terrain, tall grasses, and all forms of wildlife. Other things to note There are 3 stairs to get into the cabin.
