Beautiful house with a beach of your own, swimming pool and private pier, in a super safe place. Garden with flat lawn, perfect for children and the elderly. We have 5 complete suites with air conditioning/TV and ceiling fan. Grande living, gourmet space, kiosk, ample parking, internet/optical fiber, cable TV, kitchen and wardrobe complete, 2 great employees who are responsible for all domestic work (daily part-time). At NEW YEAR'S EVE, the minimum rental is 10 days and at CARNIVAL, 7 days. The space Very quiet and sheltered sea, perfect for standup, kayaks and jetski, a beautiful kiosk with a complete living room by the sea. Located 15 minutes from Shopping Piratas Other things to note We have an emergency generator, fiber optic Wi-Fi, a full linen closet and kitchen.
