The compact kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. Though there’s no oven, tea and coffee provisions ensure a spirited start to your day. Savour meals at the indoor dining area or step outside to the private deck, where a firepit (seasonal use) lets you enjoy starry nights in comfort. The bedroom is a tranquil haven with a plush king-size bed, smart TV, and ample wardrobe space. A cosy seating area and table make it easy to work remotely or simply unwind. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
