The space Our apartment has a large living room and dining room with an unobstructed view of the pool, but especially of the beautiful Lake Geneva. Its huge terrace gives a 180° view over the entire residence. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook independently. The elegantly decorated bedroom has a large double bed and a closet, offering a soothing view of the tennis court. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and all the essential accessories for your comfort. Guest access You will have full access to the accommodation. In addition, you will have access to the swimming pool during opening hours, the gym, the tennis court and the various activities offered by the residence. Other things to note For bookings of less than 30 nights, you must provide: - The mandatory cleaning fee of €150 including the delivery of the keys by the concierge, the inventory of fixtures on entry and exit, the end-of-stay cleaning and the bed and bath linen for the number of people given in the reservation by the tenant. For bookings longer than 30 days, you must provide: - cleaning and linen that remain the responsibility of the tenant (are not included in the monthly price).
