Modern & bright apartment with lift

Welcome! This is a recently built (2008) non-smoking place for two (70 m2), in the best neighbourhood in Amsterdam! Quiet street, but everything you need is a block away: supermarket, cafes, restaurants, gym, even a cute cat cafe. Tram stop into the centre at 150m, park at 500m. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with shower, separate wc, a spacious living room and open kitchen. Discounted rate since I am a new host, after renting to neighbours’ family a few times. The space Please note: there is *one* bed and no possibility to use the sofas as beds. So unfortunately there is no room for extra people, anywhere. If you are two friends, you’ll have to be willing to share the bed (140x200cm). There is no TV. The building has a lift. Everything is wheelchair accessible. All inside doors are without threshold and 90 cm wide. There is room to move around with a wheelchair, also in the bathroom. The front door has a small threshold and is 81 cm wide. Please let me know if you have any questions with regard to accessibility. I can send more photos.
