Charming detached house nestled at the bottom of a 1930s condominium with a quiet private courtyard of 20 m2 with plants, enclosed by walls to relax in privacy. On the ground floor: A kitchen/dining room overlooking the terrace On the 1st floor: Living room office area bathed in light with sofa bed and large screen In the basement: master bedroom with 160 x 200 bed sheltered from the heat with storage cupboards as well as a bathroom and toilet (cot on request) The space Our house is a 3-minute walk from metro line 3 and tram T3bis. Close to the lively Gambetta Square, you can reach Père Lachaise Cemetery in 10 minutes. Our detached house - main residence - typically Parisian is nestled at the end of an old 1930s workers' condominium with trees. Our courtyard: this is a totally private 20 m2 vegetated courtyard, which is rare in Paris. You can relax in a deckchair or have lunch outdoors (BBQ available) in the shade of a parasol. The courtyard overlooks the bright and very welcoming kitchen dining area (20 m2) with its large bay window. The house has three floors On the ground floor: the kitchen dining area consists of a large table, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a superb Godin gas stove used to cooking good little dishes... The washer/dryer are hidden in the back kitchen. Upstairs: the living room office area bathed in light with sofa bed (150/180) and its large screen. We have Wi-Fi and fiber optics. In the basement: you will find the master bedroom (bed 180/200) sheltered from the heat! Large storage closets at your disposal. You will also find a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The house can also accommodate a child (folding crib on request) but you have to be very vigilant given the configuration of the stairs. Dinners and aperitifs are allowed but not big parties in order to preserve the good atmosphere and tranquility of the condominium Guest access Access to the house is through the courtyard, via a secure gate.
