Welcome to our historic 1848-built house in the heart of Chur, where heritage meets modernity. Our newly renovated double room 31 ensures a comfortable stay and is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. Just steps away from Chur's mountain cable cars, providing access to Switzerland's finest mountain biking trails in summer and ski slopes in winter. Within a 2-minute walk, you'll find yourself in the historic old town. The trainstation can be reached walking within 10 minutes. The space Cozy double room with an extremely comfortable sofa bed equipped with a mattress, private bathroom, smart TV and wardrobe.
