A cosy “spacious”farmhouse

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Beautiful FARMHOUSE surrounded by Vineyards. Very spacious and lots of parking space very calm and relaxing .kids have enough space to play two minute walk to Monash playground. Nine minutes to Berri . Two minutes walk to Monash club. The space 3 bedrooms with fully functional kitchen, equipped with microwave, fridge and kettle. Big bathroom, with separate toilet. Hot/ cold water available. Rain water for drinking, which is filtered with portable water filter. Extra esky with tap also provided for drinking water. Outside sitting area with Tv. Barbecue available for use. Old (antique) rickshaw for photos. Guests can sit on it for fun but requested not to move it , or not let kids to move it. Some farm animals on the property, which includes alpacas, goats and chickens. Guests are requested not to open the cages. WARNING********** The fence to the animal area has electric current, please don’t touch at any time ************* Guest access Guests can use the whole house except the bedroom 1 ( personal use only) will remain locked. Shed will also remain locked, due to unnecessary cleaning costs. Back gate towards the chicken cages will be locked as well. There is no secure area for pets on the property.If any guests have any extra requests such as extra rooms required, when only two guests staying at property but wanting to stay in separate rooms or 2 adults coming but not a couple please let us know so we can leave extra room open for you, so the guests don’t have any inconvenience. Other things to note PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING We have to deal with unnecessary complaints- due to not reading the description properly, which does not help us or the guest. The property is a farmhouse, which gets cleaned on regular basis, but the outside area still gets dust due to the farm. Please be considerate of the situation.The property is a farm house, with farm animals, which can be noisy in the morning sometimes.( rooster)This is something we can not control. Property has prickles in open area. The guests need to be careful about that. They are usually very sharp. Shoes recommend at all times outside the house. Some special instructions for the guests ******** WARNING********** The fence to the animal area has electric current, please don’t touch at any time ************* ****Pet owners please clean the floor inside with mop and water if your pet has made any mess so it doesn’t smell later on. It saves both parties from getting the pet cleaning. There is no secure area for pets on the property *** ***Guests with kids, please don’t let your kids to draw/ scratch on the walls in the house. It saves both parties in cleaning charges. *** * ***This property does not have a Spa *** but has a bath tub. *** small fridge in the kitchen has out of order sign, a large 611 litre fridge in dining area is for guests use. **** ** **large cupboard with glass crockery has do not touch sign, we had lots of glass crockery damaged , and then sometimes guests do not inform us****** Guests have enough crockery in the cupboard including wine glasses ****** Guests requested to please put rubbish in correct bins. . ••Oven in the kitchen is a gas oven and works with gas lighter , which is in kitchen cupboard. •• If BBQ doesn’t work for you press the red button in the middle hard until you hear a clicking noise. The first burner will light up is the burner under the plate and then reset of the burner will work. ## TV inside the house - if doesn’t turn on, check if the red light on the bottom is on. Spare batteries are in the kitchen , near the cupboard, where the cups are.
