Guests are not allowed to use the condominium's gourmet area and Jacuzzi (located on the ground floor). Two elevators. Only 10 people will be allowed, rent exclusively for families. Bed linen will only be available for periods longer than 7 nights. For shorter periods, an extra fee of R$400.00 will be charged to cover laundry expenses. If the barbecue is used, a fee of R$50.00 will be charged for cleaning Guest access The master suite has a walk-in closet. The second suite has a double bed as well. There are two suites with single beds, one of which is a trundle bed, so each room can accommodate up to three people. All cabinets are new and spacious, there is no mold in any room of the apartment. There is no afternoon sun in the living room or bedrooms. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is free wheelchair access to the building entrance and elevators. The dining table in the gourmet space has 10 chairs and a turntable. The kitchen dining table has 5 chairs. In the living room there is a sofa that comfortably accommodates 6 people plus two armchairs. In this room there is a game table with 4 chairs plus 3 footrests. On the balcony there is a round table with 6 chairs.
