Leika Gem's Place offers these two rooms (combined into 1 booking) located at 2nd floor for a group of 8 pax who just wish to sleep and go. Each room comes with own toilet with hot shower. Room 1 - 3 bunkbeds good for 6 pax Room 2 - 1 double bed for a couple or 2 pax Shared Kitchen & sink Dining basics (plates, spoon & fork, glass & mugs) Electric water heater Free mineral water AC 100 mbps wifi Toilet & bath (towels provided) 43" Smart TV The space These are 2 rooms provided with sleeping space that can accomodate a max of 8 persons who are budget concious travellers. Common Spaces which are shared with other guests: Level 1 Lobby (Dining tables, with microwave & toaster) Level 1 Kitchen Level 1 Toilet Level 2 hallway Roof top (4th level) - Viewing of Mayon Volcano Guest access No restrictions. Guests have sole use of the entire room. Please note that L1 lobby gates are locked by 11pm and opened at 6am for security purposes. In any case a guest is entering or leaving the premises within these hours, please inform our caretakers so the gates will be opened for you. We also do have a roof top where there is a view mayon volcano good for picture taking. During your stay Our caretaker is staying in the same building at Level 1. We'll be glad to assist any concerns by our guests. Other things to note MINIMUM RATE DAILY RATE Please note that our minimum daily rate for these 2 rooms is for 6 guests only but these rooms can accomodate a max of 8 guests. Any guest/s in excess of 6 pax will be charged on per head & per day basis. Kindly fill in the correct number of guests to display the correct booking amount. OUR LOCATION Our place is at the city center, Near UST Hospital and Petron along F Aquende Drive or formely known as Washington Drive, 50 to 60 meters or 2 to 3 minutes walk away from main road. - 5 minutes drive away from Legazpi City Bus Terminal which is in front of SM. - 18 to 20 minutes drive from Bicol International Airport. You may avail of airport transport service (located beside arrival exit doors) to our place. We will be sending a map link to our place which you can show to the driver. TOILETRIES These rooms are good for max 8 pax only. We try to give you our lowest rates possible, so please bring your own toiletries. You can buy your toiletries and other necessities in a nearby minimart 2 to 3 mins walk away. We will be providing individual towels. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check In Time 2pm - Check out at 12 noon Early check-in is allowed if no prior guest is checking out as well as late check-out if there is no incoming guest. We will just be charging for the extra hours at a prorated per hour rate. Please message us if you intend to check-in early or check-out late. PET FEES Kindly include in your booking if you are bringing pets. Such will charge you only P200 regardless on the number of pets. We will be requiring a refundable cash deposit of P500 upon check in. Such amount will be refunded to you upon check out if the unit is vacated clear and free of pet poops and pees. We prefer pets to be in diapers during your whole stay. Otherwise, pets are not allowed on the beds. Pets are not to be left alone inside the rooms unless inside a cage. We can provide a cage for free if you dont have one. FLOOR LEVEL This unit is at Level 2.
