Description
Aida is a self-contained suite within the owner’s family home. Sleeps 2 (+2 children*) It has its own entrance, lounge (with sofa-bed) bedroom and bathroom. Hot tub available. Tea/coffee included. Barston, listed by The Telegraph as one of the poshest villages in the UK, enjoys a rural location yet 10 mins away from the NEC and Birmingham Airport. The village has 2 excellent gastro pubs and many nearby eateries, including a Michelin star restaurant. Airport parking/transfers available. The space The suite has private access and dedicated parking. It consists of a lounge, with a pull out double bed, bedroom and bathroom. Persons sleeping in the lounge can only access the bathroom via the bedroom. Therefore this area is best suited to younger family members. *There is an additional one off cost of £35 for use of sofa bed to cover extra cleaning costs. It is furnished to a high standard throughout. Tea and coffee making facilities and fresh milk and filtered water in the fridge. There is not a kitchen, however, there is a combination microwave oven which allows for limited self-catering. Tableware and cutlery provided. Hot tub available- see house rules Guest access You can use the entire suite with its own private patio. Use of the hot tub and gardens by arrangement with the host. Generally no pets apart from service animals in discussion with the host. Other things to note This location is suitable for all, including, professionals on business nearby, visitors to nearby venues such as the NEC, or those just wanting to relax in a beautiful peaceful village with excellent walking, cycling, golf and food options. Stay before you fly from Birmingham airport and leave your car parked securely. (Additional cost) We welcome young, well behaved, children who can enjoy the gardens under the supervision of an adult. Children under 16 years are not allowed in the hot tub. See hot tub rues. Some telephone networks can be an issue, easily resolved by activating WiFi calling on your device.
