Honestly, the hotel admin is very strict. And there are certain rules and policies that they enforced. Just follow our instructions so that we can accommodate and serve you properly. Please note the following: 1) If your reservation is a 2 bedroom unit, you will notice that only 5 names will be written in the AUTHORIZATION letter. If the 6th to 10th guests are children (aged 2 to 12yo), their names will not be included in the list written; however, children aged 2years old to 12yo must be included as " number of guests" in your SEARCH. and must be included in the guests count at the time of booking to see the correct price. 2) If you are a group of 7 to 10 adults or more (depend on the maximum setting of allowed number of guests), we will then give you a secondary or even 3rd AUTHORIZATION letter to make your check in smooth. Please note and observe the room assignment in which you will be occupying. The host or co-host will inform you which room you will be staying in ONLY. 2.a) When you receive the 2nd or 3rd Authorization letters, please take note of the names written per Authorization letter. You will need it when registering all guests in the front desk. You have to write down the names under the unit in which they are listed based on the Authorization letters. Additional things to consider: 1. We aim to create a positive and welcoming community atmosphere. If you book this room, please enjoy it and make the most of it. If you expect amenities not provided by us after booking, please look for other accommodations. The property is suitable for guests with a positive attitude who simply want to stay and enjoy the area around MOA. If you are like a perfectionist surveyor, this may not be the place for you ✌️ 2. We do not provide bottled drinking water. Purchase in the convenience store downstairs. 3. Split type air-cons must be kept at 24°C. 4. We can only offer what is available in the room. Nothing more, nothing less. 4.a) Hair dryer, Iron (+board) and additional towels requires an extra fee of 50 pesos each. Please contact the host. 5. We also have other accommodations around MOA area. Please consider to be assigned in other rooms that we offer if necessary. 6. If you book this room for other people to stay, you must agree not to write a review. If you don't agree, please don't book this room. 7. We may require you to pay a security deposit of 500 to 1,000 pesos (which will be refunded if there is no damage or loss of items after 2 hours of your check-out). 8. Please relax and be nice! Dont use strong and disriminatory words! be cool! Dont book this property if you expect a full service staff, they only work from 9am to 6pm.
