Queenbed and one queen sofa bed . My suite is modern,quiet,and relaxing when you want it. Located at 1378 Myra place juniper west . I will keep my cleaning fee low as long as I continue to see great respect and cooperation from my guests The space Clean modern suite with 1 queen bed and 1 pull out queen couch, fully equipped kitchen, if there is something missing we will do our best to get it for you. Make sure to take in the incredible sunsets, views of the city, the valley from your semi private back yard. Their is a hot tub but for owners private use only at this time. Fireworks on Canada day July 1st, New Year’s Eve are cool to watch from our view point world famous bike park just 1km away with amazing walking trails for all abilities . 2 dog parks with in walking distance as well as a kids park only steps away from the suite. Only eight minutes from downtown. Guest access Private side entry, to your own semi private courtyard just reach over the top of the gate to unlatch. Other things to note If you are arriving later in the evening there is a light switch for the outside lights on the garage wall at the top of the stairs. Walking trails, two dog parks only minutes away as well as a world famous bike park are only some of the great features of my location. We are pet friendly, a max of two dogs or two cats but there is a cost to bring your furry friends $49.00 total. Not so bad.
