Relax in this quiet and cozy studio located above our house in Soustons, equipped with all modern comforts. You will see the lake through the trees and the small stream that passes in front of the house. You will have at your disposal a large terrace of 30 m2 entirely private. You will surely meet our Tuscan kitten who is very curious. Workspace: Thanks to an ethernet connection with fiber optics, you can work in a nice setting. The space Once your car is parked, forget about it! The studio is a 20-minute walk from the city center. You can cycle to the ocean beaches and the lake (8 km), to the forest, restaurants, shops, and entertainment in Soustons Plage and Vieux Boucau. The bike path will allow you to take beautiful bike rides, from Lake Léon to Lake Hossegor, via the Capbreton port fish market. You can paddle on the lake by walking from your accommodation. Towels, dishcloths, sheets, bath mats are provided.
