Without overlooking, surrounded by two enclosed gardens, it is authentic and renovated, it combines old world charm (fireplace, wood stove) and modern comfort. Perfectly equipped, with good bedding, large screen, Wi-Fi, Netflix… up to 8 people can meet there comfortably (one bathroom). The space In the countryside, in the Pays d'Othe known for its forests, this charming old house renovated on 2 floors, without neighbors, offers an escape from the city. Perfectly equipped and peaceful, it is ideal for memorable moments for families or groups of friends. Located in the Yonne, just 1 hour and 45 minutes from Paris, it combines comfort, nature and authenticity. 🛏️ Layout & comfort The house can ideally accommodate 8 people and up to 10 people and has been designed for a warm stay, without compromise. You will find three comfortable bedrooms, good bedding, a living room with fireplace, a large bright living room and a perfectly equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, raclette service, fondue etc.). The ground floor has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds), and the upper floor has a bedroom with double bed (160 cm). Sofa bed in the living room. 🌳 Safe & friendly exteriors Crossing, the house has 2 enclosed gardens, safe for children, ideal for games (badminton, ping pong, football, darts, alfresco dining or relaxing moments. The calm and the absence of neighbors make it a place conducive to disconnection.
