Casa Amistad sits built into a mountain leaving gorgeous natural exposed granite walls. All of this beauty and luxury is secured behind the gated community of Pedregal and just a 10 minute walk to downtown Cabo San Lucas. Once in Cabo you can enjoy five-star restaurants, beautiful beaches, water sports, some of the best golfing in the world, nightclubs, gambling and world class fishing. If that isn't enough enjoy Pedregal's Spa & Gym with its 25 meter lap pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean or private tennis courts. Back at Casa Amistad you will find basking in the sun and sipping margaritas a great way to relax and unwind while watching the cruise ships sail in and out of the marina. Use the outdoor kitchen to BBQ to your hearts content. The large great room with its 60 inch plasma TV, Apple Box for unlimited movies, Netflix, Youtube, etc. features a glass wall that opens to the expansive deck for indoor/outdoor living. In the great room you will also enjoy a fireplace and guest powder room. The huge gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for entertaining. The entire penthouse was professionally decorated. The outdoor deck features outdoor dining and chaise lounges. The unit itself is at the top of the villa, affording spectacular views. It is accessible via an outdoor stairway, and has its own private entrance, pool and patios, which are all separate from the rest of the villa. Guest access You will have full access to the penthouse, its decks and pool, and private backyard. Other things to note Cabo San Lucas is a safe city and Pedregal is a gated community. However, if you'd like 12-hour night-time security person at the house, cost is approximately $80 per day (prices subject to change). Security is included in price Dec. 31. Security person can provide guests with access to nearby gate into town after gate closes at 8 p.m. Other gate to town is open 24 hours, but it is a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Make getting to and from the airport is a breeze with a door-to-door shuttle service we can arrange for to and from the airport for up to ten people. The kitchen is fully stocked with upgraded equipment for meal preparation, including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Portable baby crib available.
