Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and bank are a 5-minute walk away. From this centrally located accommodation you can reach Bregenz, Dornbirn or the Bregenz Forest in 10 minutes. A bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away with direct connections to Bregenz, Dornbirn and the Bregenz Forest. The space The room is equipped with wooden floor, bed (90 x 190), wardrobe, table, lounge corner and satellite TV. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen with dining table are shared with guests from one to two other rooms (max. 3 more people). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. Spices, toilet paper and soap are provided for the start. For longer stays, this must then be organized and purchased by yourself. If you need a parking space, please ask for availability before booking, otherwise no parking space can be guaranteed. Note: Renovation work will take place in the house and garden in the spring and summer, this has already been taken into account in the price. No work takes place in the evenings and on Sundays. Guest access You will have free access to the sitting area in the garden. During your stay You will be greeted by us personally and can reach us for questions during your stay on site or via Airbnb chat. ARRIVAL by public transport: Just a 3-minute walk from the house is the bus stop "Schwarzach Kirche," where buses from Bregenz and Dornbirn stop. Additional fees may apply. LAUNDRY SERVICE / LONG-TERM STAYS: There is an iron and ironing board in the house, so you can iron your laundry at any time. However, there is no washing machine at your disposal. For stays longer than 10 nights, you can have your private laundry washed in the house once a week for free. CLEANING SERVICE / LONG-TERM STAYS: For stays longer than 10 nights, the accommodation will be cleaned once a week upon request, additional fees may apply.
