The small house is ideal for 2 people, but with the sofa bed it can also accommodate 4 people. La Casetta has been renovated to a high standard. The lovely little details give the holiday home a special character. The holiday home consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed. A hallway leads to a shower room and a double bedroom. From there you go to a small private covered terrace and a private part of the garden. La Casetta has two private terraces. The second terrace is located directly in front of the entrance of the holiday home. From here you have a wonderful view, perfect for relaxing to the sounds of nature. Guest access La Casetta with L'Angelo and Il Nido, the other two flats that can be rented together or separately, are part of the Podere Bottingo complex. The three holiday homes share the wonderful pool, which is in the lower part of the garden. Here you will find sunshades, sunbeds and plenty of space among the olive trees with a breathtaking view over the valley. Other things to note The municipality of Pescia has introduced a tourist tax, it is 5€ per person (over 12 years old) to be paid on arrival. Podere Bottingo, is located off the main road, 500m from the partial gravel road through a chestnut forest, allowing complete immersion in nature. The cottage is also only 5 minutes from the centre of the small medieval village of Vellano, where there is a small grocery shop, a bar and 2 restaurants.
