Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with shower. Downstairs has the kitchen, living room, fireplace area and one full bathroom with bathtub. The house also has a sun room with a gas fireplace and space for more air mattresses (that guests can bring). If you plan on using the bbq grill, please bring your own propane and cleaning supplies. Guest access The whole house with several acres and private pond will be available to guests excluding the basement area, the pole barn and some cabinets. Other things to note Property is visited frequently by black bear, bobcats and coyotes. Please be mindful of wildlife around you! Please be considerate and only eat in the kitchen or dining area. You should not be eating on the couch, the beds or the cots!
