The space This is a lovely, quiet area of Lake Norman giving you great access to entertainment, shopping, fine dining, and only 30 minutes to Uptown Charlotte! The house sits on a point lot providing scenic views of the water from the main level great room as well as the main level wrap around deck and lake level patio area. Water is deep at the end of the dock, approximately 20ft even during low times. Great fishing right off the dock! Swim to your heart's content with easy steps down into the water or use the down ladder attached to the dock. There are a few different fire pit areas on the property, and ample chopped and stacked wood for your use. The home has a king bed, a queen bed, and 4 twin beds (2 twin beds per sleeping area), as well as a futon in the downstairs gameroom that converts into a full-sized bed. Guest access The shed is used for storage and is not accessible. There are 2 closet areas inside the house that are also labeled and locked for personal use. The boat lift is NOT usable, but you can rent a boat and tie off to the floating dock for use throughout your stay. The boathouse and lounge area on the dock are available. Other things to note Garage is accessible but there is no remote provided. Please note that a 3-night minimum is required for most holiday weekends.
