We have a pool table and dart board for your enjoyment! There are plenty of towels (bath, hand, and wash) in the laundry room cabinets. Onsite washer and dryer too Many DVD's to choose from, as well as Netflix, HBO, Spectrum cable. We also have board games from Monopoly, Boggle, Apples to Apples and more! Very quiet neighborhood with very, very low traffic. Close walking distance to a easy wonderful trail (less than 2 miles round trip) through the woods and Dogwood campground. We can accommodate up to 4 cars, depending on size of vehicles Street parking is not allowed and will be strictly enforced by the sheriff, so please use only the garage and driveway (Meadowbrook Road) and upper parking area on Heaton Dr. (This is main entrance with keypad/lock box) **************************************************** Guests will have access to our entire cabin except for one cabinet in the laundry room and a few cabinets in the garage that we use for storage, as well as a few locked closets for supplies, and utility closet with water heater etc **************************************************** During the snowy winter months our cabin is magical, but it can require a little more planning and an extra adventurous spirit. A 4-wheel drive/all-wheel drive or 2 wheel with chain vehicle is REQUIRED to stay in Lake Arrowhead during the snowy months. (Nov thru April) The roads to the house are plowed by the county, but be prepared for snow on the driveway/parking area(s) SNOW SHOVELS and SLEDS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE GARAGE Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. garage parking- 2 car driveway parking (lower) -2 car parking (upper) by main entrance.
