The Goat-el at Old 40 Farm

If you enjoy unique spaces & love animals, this is the apartment for you. Stay in the most unique "barn" you'll find. This loft apartment includes a full bath & is shared with 20+ goats & other farm animals. You're sure to have a memorable stay. There is a small pond on the property & ample free parking. If you time your stay right you could join in goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment! The space This apartment is located on the top floor of a 1860s barn that actively houses animals, hay, and our gift shop (only open during events). The hosts and their children live on the farm as well in a seperate house across the driveway. Guest access Enter through our gift shop in the barn. Other things to note To clarify the bed options: there is a regular queen bed in the bedroom space, additionally in the same space is a futon that folds down to a full bed. There is a couch in living room area, and we also have a pack and play by request.
