It has a complete kitchen where you can cook meals while enjoying the beautiful sunset on the beach within minutes walk from the villa The space The villa has one bedroom with king size bed with ensuite bathroom, living and dining rooms with complete kitchen. The clubhouse with a pool is just minutes walk from the villa where you can enjoy a relaxing swim or just sunbathing. Guest access The entire villa is for guests' use except the storage area where we kept our supplies for the villa. Other things to note No smoking inside the villa. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas. Please ensure that all doors and windows are closed whenever the air conditionings are turned on to avoid condensations. Please keep all doors and windows closed and locked at night and whenever you leave the villa. For long term rentals e.g. monthly, the rate does NOT include electricity and villa water.
