Enjoy a picnic at the cascading waterfalls that are less then 200 ft and also visible from the house. Sight see the ruins of an over century old carpet dye factory that was hydro powered. This can be done day or night as the ruins and waterfall are up lit. Words can not describe!!! Livingroom- Open area with plenty of windows, 75" TV, views of the lake, water fall and factory ruins. Chances are you will want to sit on the couch and stare at the lake for hours. Very relaxing atmosphere. Cozy up will a blanket and enjoy. Kitchen- All wood walls create a warm but still bright open area for you and your guests to enjoy. Fitted with some of the best appliances and all the little things you need to cook and prep your meals. The island is over 10' long and has seating for 4. The natural quartzite counters are mesmerizing the feature of the space. Dining room table has all the elegance and class needed to comfortably dine in. Fully stocked with all silver and dining ware. Primary Bed- Wake up looking directly at the lake in this super comfortable king size bed. Maybe don't even get out and enjoy watch nature or the new 50" TV. Black out shades allow you to sleep in and get the rest you deserve. Connecting master bath features curb less shower, heated floors, 81" vanity and plenty of room for 2. Guest Bath-Fitted with a Queen size bed and plenty of closet space, this 2nd bedroom has blackout shades, 32" TV and bright decor to help you get your day going. Hall bath- Huge curb less shower, heated floors, 60" vanity and plenty of room. Entertainment Area- The lower level has a pool table, bar and TV. Even has heated floors for full comfort. Bar can be stocked on request. Beverage center is always cold! Office- This is the only room with sheetrock. It was designed and created for those who will work while on vacation. Full desk, high speed direct connect and heated floors. Bright concept so no one knows you are in paradise. Garage is not included in the rental. This is a private area that is constantly recorded for video and audio with motion sensors. On occasion we may notify a guest to let them know we are removing something from the garage. It has it's own entrance and guests will not be bothered. Guest access Full access to entire property 2.3 acres Other things to note Number of guests will change the price. If you are receiving a "couples" discount, party of 2, then the second room will be locked. If you are a party of 2 and sleep separately please book for 3 people and the second room will be opened. Use of the garage is not intended for guest use. Although entering and exiting the house through the garage is permitted. There is a $600 fee if the hot tub water becomes contaminated during your stay.
