Serene cabin over Denise Lake

This quiet two-story, one-of-a-kind cabin has 1 private bedroom and one larger walk-thru bedroom. It features two private decks, one on each floor, a huge, new dock for the canoe and paddleboard, a full bath with a shower and toilet, a full kitchen, a living room with a bar for eating as you gaze over the water, brand-new appliances and furniture. This over-the-water cabin can sleep four people quite comfortably with all rooms having a gorgeous view of the water, wildlife, and the sunrise! The space Located 4 miles from Soldotna and 5.5 miles from the Kenai River. This spring, I completed a dream cabin over the lake using Helical piles that allow the cabin to not only extend over the lake, but over the bank as well. An environmentally-conscious property from the time you exit your vehicle, step down Aluminum floating stairs, and enter a welcoming Pine Tongue and Groove abode. The full kitchen's appliances include an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It has all of the amenities for cooking a delicious Salmon or Halibut dinner. Also, a rice cooker, Air Fryer, toaster, and a coffee maker are included as well as pots, pans, dishes, and sharp knives!! The private bedroom has a Queen bed with a reading chair facing the lake. A closet for your clothes is tucked away as well. The upstairs walk-through living room/bedroom has a huge couch that separates into 2 separate full beds. A T.V. is also located here to access movie apps. Games are under the coffee table. The bathroom has a view, a huge shower, a LED mirror, and a regular toilet. Guest access The entire space is totally private and super quiet. I built the cabin so I don't see you and you don't see me;) Other things to note If you need anything that I forgot, please text me and I can give it to you. I've been asked for ingredients, a large chopping knife, extra freezer space, and more! Also, if you'd like to go fishing on your own, the Alaska Fish and Game has a rod loaner program!
