It features a large living room, perfect for relaxing and spending time with family or friends. You'll also find a dedicated room with a washing machine, adding to the convenience of your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready to host your gourmet moments, whether for a quick breakfast or an elaborate dinner. The apartment has two bedrooms (the first with a King-Size bed and the second with a Queen-Size bed), providing comfortable accommodation for guests. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. A second bathroom is also available, ensuring ease of access for all occupants. One of the highlights of our apartment is access to a large roof terrace. This space, shared with the first-floor apartment (if rented), promises moments of relaxation and a breathtaking view, ideal for enjoying a drink at the end of the day or simply getting some fresh air. For your convenience, a dedicated parking space is included, ensuring an easy and secure parking solution. Similarly, the space on the first floor, including a room available on this floor, is not accessible to tenants. We want all our guests to enjoy a pleasant, undisturbed stay.
