Come and spend a pleasant relaxing time in the countryside in this charming 35 m2 duplex. On the ground floor is the living room and the bathroom and in the duplex a bedroom with a double bed. This accommodation is located in front of our house in a green setting. You have the option to book a 1-hour time slot per day to enjoy the indoor pool. Ideal for a stopover if you are on the Camino de Santiago. Located 5 km from Gray, 50 km from Besançon, Dijon, Dole, Vesoul The space You enter the main room where you can find an equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer section), 1 small 2-burner induction stove, a Dolce Gusto machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a grill oven, a microwave, a juicer. There is a washing machine with 2 laundry pods at your disposal and a clothes rack. There is a dining area with a glass table and two chairs. A living room area with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV. And a large china cabinet in which you will find the necessary dishes, as well as something to keep you busy (board games, magazines, books, a book with ideas for outings in the area). Behind a sliding door is a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In the duplex, you will find the bedroom with a double bed. Outside you have a small round table and two chairs allowing you to have breakfast or your coffee outside ☕ You also have access to a small terrace area with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the outdoors during a meal or game. And you can also find a small gas barbecue, a raclette grill that can also be used as a plancha, a fondue set, enough to cook a good meal 😊 If you come with a baby, you can have many childcare accessories on request: high chair, folding bed, folding playpen, bouncer seat, small bouncer seat on the floor, folding bathtub, dishes, games and books, shell to cool baby. So don't hesitate, we'll just ask you to be vigilant on the spiral staircases and when you're in the pool area. You can park your car in our inner courtyard which is secured by a wall around the property. We want this accommodation to be non-smoking. You have the option to smoke at the small table outside the apartment. We also remind you that no pets are allowed. Guest access The accommodation is independent, the pool is accessible 1 hour/day (schedule to be booked the day before). It's possible to come with a non-walking baby.
