It is on the 1st floor in a secure and new residence. The balcony is located south-facing to enjoy the sun throughout the day. This apartment is also located 10 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord and Stade de France (direct access by train) and 5 minutes from the lake and Enghien-les-Bains casino. The space It is located a 4-minute walk to Epinay Villetaneuse station (line H) and the T11 tram to reach destinations around the Eiffel Tower and is directly connected to downtown Paris, and perfectly connected to CDG/Orly airports and the Stade de France.
