Additionally, it's near some Golf Course. Just walk 2 mins to restaurants supermarket and pharmacy. Also only 25 mins to the Malibu or Oxnard beach. The space 1 bedroom queen bed with private bathroom, share living room with full kitchen and dinning area, Wi-Fi, Washer & Dryer and swimming pool together. Guest access No pet, no smoking, no party. Our Airbnb listing does not allow pets, even if the animal may be considered an emotional support animal or another type of service-related animal. This policy is in place not out of insensitivity, but to protect all guests, as some have animal allergies. Other things to note If you are coming back to the house very late at night, please respect the neighbors and not be loud. Quiet time 9Pm-8Am, any noise upset neighbors may face $1000 fine.
