The space Fame Residences Tower 1 has 24/7 Reception where you can self checkin with smart door lock anytime of the day. Its 12 mins walk to Megamall. It has its own mall at the Ground Floor with different restaurant options, eateries and cafes like Starbucks and Popeyes are all available. SaveMore for your grocery needs and AlfaMart is open 24/7, while BDO is also available for your banking needs. Shaw MRT is 7 mins walk while the opposite station, Boni MRT is about 10 mins walk. Grab & Taxis are easily accessible. You can use our value add: portable steam iron; hair blower for that crisp look just when you need it! No fuss, just stay have fun and enjoy! Guest access The swimming pool is accessible for a minimal fee of ₱150 per guest per day, and ₱300 on public holidays. Please purchase your swimming voucher (maximum of 4 vouchers per day) directly from the Payment Center located on Level 2, near the car park and Admin Office. It’s best to buy your vouchers one day before your planned swim or ahead of public holidays to avoid inconvenience. You may also purchase on the same day, depending on the Payment Center’s operating hours: Payment Center Operation Hours: • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM • Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays Pool Operation Hours: • Monday: Close (Maintenance) • Tues-Sunday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM Please plan your swimming schedule in advance to avoid disappointment. We do not keep spare vouchers. Thank you! Other things to note Maximum 7 pax including child/infant and visitors. Visitors pay even if not staying overnight. When you have the confirmed booking, please message the FULL NAME of guests /visitors immediately so I can help in smooth check-in. Names that are not in the Guest list will not be allowed in the unit. Visitors are only allowed in the lobby if NOT registered. This is the Property Management’s mandate and not the host. So pls follow the procedure. Reception is open 24/7. Checkin anytime is allowed after 2pm. Checkout is at 11am. Early check-in and late check-out is allowed only upon request and according to units’s availability with ₱400/hr fee. Pay Parking is available upon request with a fee of ₱300/day. Note that parking is NOT mine and is only an extra effort from your Host. This fee will be paid separately to the parking owner in the Fame Bldg. Provide Veh Number, Car Make/Model, Driver’s Name and Date so I can reserve for you thru the parking owner. Once confirmed you may contact the parking owner directly for any concern. We provide steam iron, hair blower, washer, clothes hanger, towels, tissue paper (on the 1st day), house slippers, liquid handsoap and dishwashing soap. Please bring your own toiletries like shampoo, bodysoap and toothbrush/toothpaste. Drinking water is cheap at either AlfaMart or Savemore at the Ground Floor about ₱60-80 per gallon. Request for Extra towel or blanket is ₱100 each. Throwing of any object from the window and/or balcony is prohibited. Do not clog the toilet by throwing tissue paper in it. Use the trash bins.
