House by the sea

Welcome to an extraordinary place to stay. We have just finished building our fantastic guest house on the beautiful island of Tjörn in Bohuslän. The house is located 500 meters from the sea with a steep hill down to a swimming area with beach and rocks. It is close to Rönnäng and the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön. On Klädesholmen, there is the cozy restaurant Salt och Sill. It is 15 minutes by car to Skärhamn and, among other things, the Nordic Watercolor Museum. Plenty of hiking trails and other activities. The space We are proud of our newly-built guest house, which was completed in January 2024. It is a detached house of about 73m2 including a loft. On the entrance floor, there is a hall, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Around the house, we are currently building a wooden patio. At the front of the house, part of the balcony is ready. There is a lounge group and parasol for sunny days Guest access You park in our driveway. The guest house is located at the other end of our property. You walk 150 meters over a gravel area and there you will find the detached guest house that you have for yourselves Other things to note During the period July 6 to August 31, we rent out weekly, change on Saturdays. Bed linens and towels can be rented, let us know before you arrive how you want to do it. Final cleaning can also be purchased if required
