A very comfortable and immaculate ground level 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom private studio apartment awaits you. Located within walking distance (7-10 min) to Indiana University, the hospital, College Mall, shopping, 1 mile from downtown. The space includes a bedroom with a queen size bed and full-size futon, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a smart TV, a workspace, and a full kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and tea kettle. A small family and dog live upstairs. The space There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and futon. Also, a full bathroom that is separate from the living room/kitchenette area. If you’re into working out, you will find a weight bench, free weights and bands. There’s a wood-burning stove for cool nights. Let us know if you would like us to start the wood stove for you. We include one bundle of wood per stay. Additional bundles available at $10 per bundle. If we can make anything more comfortable for you, please let us know. Guest access You can access the entire ground floor studio apartment. The garage and upstairs are off limits to guests. Park in the driveway but please do not block the garage. Other things to note If you are taking the shuttle from the airport, get off at the Wilkie North stop. This shuttle stop is about a 7-minute walk from the house. I am happy to pick you up or drop you off from the shuttle stop if I am available. Let me know your information and I can confirm availability. I can also give you a ride to campus, the mall, or downtown if I’m available. Everything around the university/shopping/eating is about a 3-7 minute drive or a 5-25 minute walk. There are numerous restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
