Sunny cottage, edge of Exmoor.

Relax and enjoy the countryside with your family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Situated in the village of North Molton, walking distance to a great pub, village play park and beautiful walks on your doorstep. Exmoor is just a stones throw away. The beautiful North Devon coast is half an hour away, with surfing, hiking, rock pooling, paddle boarding. There are endless stunning walks, rivers to swim in and atmospheric pubs and eateries. National Trust and RHS properties near by. The space This is our family house. We love this cottage and it’s sunny garden. It’s got a good sized kitchen and dining area, which looks over the sunny enclosed south facing garden. The sitting room is cosy, with an wood burning fire, books and a few toys for children. There’s one bathroom upstairs with a separate shower and bath, a bunk room with one set of bunk beds and a storage cupboard and a decent double bedroom with storage and a chest of draws. We’ve got two children, so the house is equipped with a stair gate at the top of the stairs and a trampoline in the garden. Travel cot and high chair are available on request. There’s parking just outside the door and a shed for bikes. The Tarka Trail, which is excellent for cycling is less than half an hour away. We’re happy for you to bring up to maximum two dogs, but ask that you let us know when you book and that they sleep in the kitchen and don’t go upstairs or on the furniture, please. There is a bar b Q and dining furniture outside in the garden. Endless walks on Exmoor, and around the village. South Molton has a nationally recognised twice weekly market.
