Elegant Sicilian villa with exclusive pool

Located just a few minutes from the sea and in a strategic position for visiting the Egadi Islands and the whole of western Sicily, the villa is equipped with a private swimming pool that can also be heated to 27°C (additional cost). Large outdoor areas, sun loungers, two barbecues, and a ping-pong table. Air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. The space Villa del Pietrone is an independent structure, it has no neighbors with bordering walls and is surrounded by trees and lawn. The pool, for the exclusive use of guests, can also be heated on request (at an extra cost, see details) and can therefore be used all year round, and is for your exclusive use, as well as all other outdoor spaces such as the ping pong table, deckchairs and pool loungers, barbecue and outdoor showers. Small dogs are welcome. Guest access All areas are of exclusive relevance to guests, no other guests will be present in the villa and pool. The villa also has ample car parking on the property, and access is via a convenient electric gate operated by a remote control. Other things to note The entire pool is for your exclusive use; there will be no other guests with whom you will have to share the pool. It can be used year-round and free of charge, but during colder periods, if needed, it can also be heated upon request using an electric heat pump system, which, however, incurs an additional charge for the electricity consumption required.
