Grandma's country house. Skiing / Fishing/ Hiking

Grandma’s house, near the river and next to the woods! Grandmas house is located in “upstate NY” in the town of Ancram. Only a quick hour and half trip from NYC. You will find some beautiful farm land views, in a comfy convenient house. Relax in the 3 bed 2 bath house with central air, or head out and explore country living. Breweries, skiing, hiking, fishing, minutes to Hudson, Lake Taghkanic, Catamount, Bash Bish falls, and Copake Lake! Wine down at night by the fire pit and enjoy the stars. The space Grandmas house has a fully functional kitchen. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms. We have two TVs including one in the kids room that has a PS4 gaming system connected. The kids room has a trundle pull out bed and some bean bag chairs. The flat screen and couches in the large living room allow for everyone to gather together. The farmland views from the sun room inside are fantastic. Outside you can enjoy the screened in porch or soak up the country breeze from the deck. Feel free to use the propane grill and the fire pit right next to the farmers field. Guest access Help yourself to the entire house. The basement is primarily for storage. We ask that you only go down stairs when needed and please avoid allowing your children to play on the stairs. Open any windows and enjoy the country air! Other things to note We have a few fishing poles on site as well as some games and a Wiffle ball set. Feel free to use whatever you would like. The Roe Jan creek is just a short walk down the road from the house. The Roe Jan is known for great trout fishing. The house is about 10-15 mins away from Catamount ski area. Solid skiing in the winter and zip line courses in the spring/ summer.
