Living room and kitchen in one space, fully equipped for cooking and enjoying time with family and friends. Renting the apartment includes use of the Punta Centinela Yacht Club facilities, which has swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a private beach, and a restaurant (with payment for food and drinks). Use of the facilities is governed by the Club's regulations, so please respect the rules to avoid any inconvenience. The full name and ID number of all guests will be requested to register directly with the Club so that they can enjoy the facilities. LATE CHECK-OUT subject to availability. If the property is booked for the next day, late check-out is not possible. Any damage within the apartment or condominium premises will be charged to the guests.
