It is nestled on the edge of a 162 acre farm located 28.8km from the town of Bathurst and 22km from Blayney, 19km to Rockley and 50 mins to Orange. The fully restored school House offers everything you need for that special break away. The space The Old Caloola Schoolhouse built in 1878 is full of charm and character. There is a full kitchen, bathroom, full laundry, 2 queen bedrooms, beautiful open plan living and kitchen area. A delightful front verandah and lots of room outside to play, walk or relax. Guest access Our guests will have full access to the entire home and yard. You will also have access to walk around the farm and meet some of the animals. Other things to note Most of the fencing on the property is electric fencing, this provides safe paddocks for our livestock. If you enter any paddocks, you MUST ensure the gates are kept closed and latched securely. We ask that you please do not wear shoes in the house. There is no smoking in or around the house. We do not add on a cleaning fee as with a lot of Airbnb‘s. However, if the place is left untidy, dirty and or dishes unwashed, a cleaning fee will be added on at the end of your stay.
