Guest access You will have access to the main suite, the loft suite, the pool, the laundry room, and all outdoor areas. The only areas you will not have access to are the garage, one outdoor storage closet, and a third studio suite on the north side of the property (which will not be rented out). In other words, your group will not be sharing the property with the owners or any other guests during your stay - it will be yours to enjoy. The property is gated - there is an electric gate and a walking gate. Guests will access the property through the walking gate. There is plenty of parking outside the home between the two gates - on a private section of a road that has been closed off to through traffic. Other things to note The gardeners and the pool company will access the property on specific days for maintenance. We have a heated pool that can be turned on during the cooler months of the year. Housekeeping comes before and after each guest and can also be hired to come at the renter's request.
