The space The unit features a comfortable living area with 3 seater sofa bed and ceiling fan, a restful sleeping space with AC and queen sized bed with premium mattress, and a functional kitchen—well suited for both short stays and longer visits. Guest access Convenience right at your doorsteps. Guests have direct access to Fame Mall, where you’ll find Savemore, Anytime Fitness, Starbucks, BDO Bank, and Alfamart. Popular shopping malls such as SM Megamall and Shangri-la Plaza are just minutes walk away. Other things to note 📍Pool Information The pool is located on the 7th floor and is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Access is available for a fee of 150 per guest, with a maximum of two guests allowed. Pool vouchers may be purchased at the admin office on the 2nd floor. Please note that the admin office is closed on weekends. 📍 Parking Information There are parking options available outside the building. Simply take a ticket upon entry and pay when you leave. Rates are as follow: Fame Mall (located at ground floor) • Php 30 (First 2 hours) • Php 30 (Per succeeding hour) • Php 300 (Overnight, 12 hours) Greenfield Parking (a few steps across the tower) • Php 50 (First 3 hours) • Php 10 (Per succeeding hour) • Php 200 (Overnight) 📍 Laundry Information Laundry service is available on the second floor for an extra fee.
