PROS: 5-7 min drive/bike to Downtown/Old Town Scottsdale. Heated pool (heated Feb-May), dog door, professional cleaners, Keurig coffee to wake up happy! Let us know if you are shopping for houses! Check out all our Airbnb listings at: https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/46940738 The space This location is great due to its proximity to Downtown/Old Town Scottsdale. It is an up-and-coming neighborhood, but it's in the City of Scottsdale, one of the safest cities in the country! You're across the street from Paiute Park, an 8-acre park with a playground, splash pad (summer), tennis, basketball, soccer field. Each unit in the complex is on the smaller side. Guest access You have full access to the entire condo and common community areas. You have access to the large heated pool (9am-9pm, heated Feb-May). There's a propane BBQ grill that you are welcome to use. If you have kids, we have a pack n play and high chair if you want to borrow. Let us know ahead of time so we reserve it for you! Other things to note 1. We use Glade air fresheners for the units. Most of our guests love it, but if you’re sensitive to fragrance we’ll gladly remove it and do our best to air out the scent before your arrival. 2. On the rare days that we get frost in Phoenix, our pool heater doesn't work. Pool is heated from Feb-May. Thanks for your understanding! 3. These units are professionally treated for pest control. Please let us know if you see anything so we can have the unit treated right away.
