My house is located on the first floor of a building accessible to people with limited mobility. It has a spacious living room with a small fully-equipped kitchen included, a terrace overlooking the pool with 1 table and 2 chairs, a spacious bedroom with built-in closets and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living room offers a large sofa bed for two people, a smart TV, and a table for four people. You can access the terrace from the living room to read a good book, have coffee or just enjoy after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, oven, microwave, ceramic stovetop, mini-fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers, and toaster. We provide some basic condiments, such as coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil. In the bedroom there are two comfortable twin beds (90x1.90) to ensure a good rest, pillows of different thicknesses and a large built-in closet. Full bathroom with bathtub, washer/dryer, complimentary services such as hairdryer, gel, shampoo, hand soap. Bath towels are also provided, these are exclusively for internal use of the apartment. You can also use the hammocks to sunbathe or just be on the lawn quietly. The outdoor area of the pool has services so you don't have to go up to the apartment if you don't want to. If you have children, you can use the small playground that is permanently at your disposal. Other things to note The maximum occupancy of the accommodation is two adults and two children or four adults. This way, we guarantee the well-being of the guests. Finding a parking spot near the apartment during the summer can be difficult.
