The space The main house is spacious and sunny with vaulted ceilings, large windows and coppolas that allow natural light to stream through the house. A protected tile patio wraps around the house and provides a serene and comfortable setting overlooking the garden. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with spacious showers. The dining room table seats up to 12 people. Plenty of linen, elegant dishes, serving platters and glassware provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a 5-gallon garrafón of purified drinking water. And, there’s a separate laundry room with a pila, washer, dryer and outdoor clothes line. The sunken living room extends from the dining room with an artistically designed free standing fireplace and views of the garden. In addition, there’s a spacious family room with a work desk and a large screen TV. A guardian lives on the property to secure the estate and can provide transportation in his private tuk tuk for an additional fee. The house includes high speed internet and cable TV. When staying beyond 4 nights, a cleaning service is available during your stay upon request. There is ample room for secured parking on the property.
