The whole group will enjoy easy walking access to the historic Spencerport Village on South Union Street. Independent coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries await your arrival. Bring your bikes or rollerblades - the Erie Canal Trail is two blocks away! A Tops grocery store, the post office, and other amenities are within easy walking distance as well. Originally built in 1845, this house retains its charm without sacrificing the modern amenities you have come to expect. The space This is a two-story house, built in 1845 but recently updated with Wifi, smart TVs and eclectic furnishings. You will enter from the sunroom into the living room, with an eat-in kitchen on the left and a primary bedroom (king bed) on the right. Also on this level is a den - perfect for any work or reading you might need to catch up on - and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs is a second bedroom (king bed) and a third bedroom with twin beds (one is a twin-sized, full-height trundle which can operate as a queen when placed together). A full bath with a tub/shower is located on this floor. Adirondack chairs are located on the shady patio, adjacent to the large, flat yard. There is ample parking in the driveway for up to four cars; there is no on-street parking. The basement and garage are not available for guests' use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire first and second floors, as well as the side yard and rear patio. Guests do NOT have access to the basement or garage. Other things to note The house is an easy 15- to 20-minute drive from the ROC airport. Also within easy driving distance are the following: - Empire State University at Rochester - Nazareth University - Roberts Wesleyan University - Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) - Saint John Fisher University - SUNY Brockport A little farther afield are the Finger Lakes and the award-winning wineries of the region. Besides the items listed in the Amenities section, the following are also provided: - hair dryers (1 in each bathroom) - electric teakettle - fire extinguisher (lower kitchen cabinet) - iron and small ironing board - dustpan and brush - surface cleaning spray - dish soap and dishwasher pods - first aid kit - makeup removal washcloths - two floor fans If arrangements are made ahead of time, a Pack-n-Play and crib sheets can be provided at no additional charge.
