15 minutes from Paris, beautiful quiet apartment

Our beautiful apartment is ideal for discovering Paris. Located in Colombes, in a quiet and safe residential area, 8 minutes' walk from the train station, which takes you to Saint Lazare station, in the heart of Paris, in just 10 minutes! The apartment is located on the 4th floor and enjoys great brightness, an unobstructed view without overlooking. I'm sure you'll feel as good as we do! The space Our apartment is spacious. There is a large open and fully equipped kitchen (don't forget to bring your pods for the Nespresso). The living room does not have a TV but Wi-Fi, books and board games (suitable for children and adults) to enjoy the holidays together! The sofa is convertible and can accommodate a couple or two children. If necessary, we can add a small child mattress next to it. We have a nice bathroom, clear, bright with a shower, toilet and bathtub. Finally, a nice bedroom with new queen size bedding will allow you to regain your strength. We have 2 fans in case of high heat. There are shutters, curtains or blinds on each window. Guest access You will have access to the entire ground floor of the apartment. A staircase leads to our children's room, which we will close to drop off our personal belongings. Other things to note This is a beautiful old building without an elevator.
