Check in/ Check out times: adhere to the check in and check out times specified in the reservation agreement. Please notify the host of extensions or additional hours of stay. Noise level: keep noise to minimum to disturbing the neighborhood and avoid large parties or events that could disrupt the surroundings. Parking: Here are the options 1. Private Parking (Solo): 350/night (2pm check-in until 1pm next day). Subject to reservation and availability. payment through gcash 2. Commercial parking: available at Basement 1 of Air Mall - 50Php for the first 2hrs and 20/hr for the succeeding, same rate for overnight. Smoking: Smoking, vaping and e- cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the room and throughout the building. Pets: No pets allowed in the building premises. Visitors: Allowed up to 3 pax. Please inform us of any visitors, as their details must be documented. Failure to do so may lead to restricting entry by security. Trash: garbage room is located behind the elevator of every floor. Kindly dispose excessive garbage before leaving the unit. Cooking: It is allowed in the unit and strictly doors should be close. Avoid cooking foods that have strong smell and please use the exhaust to get rid of smoke and smell. Cooking equipment and utensils are provided for your convenience during your stay. Please leave them in the room upon check-out. Bathroom: If you plan to take a shower, kindly note that hot water is available ONLY through the handheld showerhead or the telephone shower. Also, dispose toilet paper in the provided bin to prevent blockages. Emergency contact: Use the intercom to connect to the lobby in case of emergency. Or notify the host for emergency situations, the host's phone number will appear in the reservation details within the Airbnb app. Communication: Promptly communicate with the host if any issues arise during the stay. For confirmed booking, we will be asking for the guest ID/s to process the guest authorization form (GAF) as part of the condo security protocol Guest access Guest can access the unit. There’s a restriction on the other condo amenities per admin policy for short term guest and only pool is allowed. Usage of pool requires pool voucher to be purchased in the admin: 150 regular days, 300 holidays. Note: Pool is close every monday for weekly cleaning maintenance.. Other things to note Air Admin is strict with noises, partying and loud sounds that disturbs neighbors are not allowed and subject to fines and penalties. A laundry shop is available in Basement 1 - Clean Bean.. Grab foods, foodpanda and other deliveries pick up area is in 2nd floor. 7-eleven is in the ground floor for midnight cravings. 📌FB page: My Hideaway PH To ensure a pleasant experience, here are some additional guidelines during your stay. ■Please anticipate potential wait time and lines at the reception during peak hours for guest registration (2-3 PM). Note that this is a condominium and shared with other guests and tenants, and may not be suitable for those seeking exclusivity. ■The TV is a smart TV, and you are welcome to access Netflix. ■ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room and throughout the building. We appreciate your cooperation. Penalties will be imposed with no warnings. ■Please dispose toilet papers and sanitary towels in the provided bin to prevent blockages. External plumbing services may incur charges. ■If you plan to take a shower, note that hot water is available ONLY through the handheld showerhead or the telephone shower. There are shower drains in the bathroom to prevent bug infestations, to ensure faster water flow during a shower, it's recommended to remove the drain cover. ■ Towels , linens, rubber slippers, blower and steamer are provided. Please don't take them home with you. ■ Maintain close doors all throughout your stay even when cooking. Non compliance will result in a penalty without warnings. ■ Cooking is allowed. Condiments are not provided for health and sanitary reasons. Please refrain from cooking strong-smelling foods. Open the exhaust by pulling it forward to get rid of smoke and smell. Deep cleaning may incur additional charges. ■Cooking Equipment and utensils are provided for your convenience during your stay. Please leave them in the room when you check-out. ■The balcony is not permitted for hanging clothes over the railing or above it. It may result in fines imposed by the property management. ■The fire escape stairs are not for pedestrian use. Please use the elevator to go up and down. Walking on the fire escape stairs may result in fines by the property management. ■The Pool is the only amenity that is accessible to short term guests. Pool vouchers are available at 150/head on regular days and 300/head on holidays. You can purchase them at basement 3-admin or from us, the same rate applies. ■Please minimize noise during quiet hours (9pm - 7am) as a respect to residential area. Excessive noise during designated quiet hours that can significantly disrupt the peace may incur penalties without warnings. ■Always inform host of visitors or register them at the lobby or reception upon entry. Failure to do so will be levied with fines without warnings. ■The availability of the host and co host is limited or not 24/7. Resolutions can be deferred in case of emergency concerns such as plumbing, aircon works, cleaning and other concerns especially during quiet hours (9pm-7am). ■By booking and making payment, guests accept all house rules and admin regulations.
