Downtown Hide in Plain Sight Home

The house is located over 100' from the road, but is within view when you drive by. Parking is hidden from the street. A cell tower will be on the property after 12/23/25. You will be 2 blocks from the Courthouse Square where you will find lots of shopping and restaurants, and is home to the Magnolia Blossom Festival in May. You will also be less than 2 miles from the Southern Arkansas University campus. I live in the neighborhood, and can usually be reached quickly if needed. The space This home has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 full baths, furnished full size kitchen with dining room table, 4 chairs, and bench seating for two. It also has a washer & a dryer and assorted laundry supplies, Wifi, 55" Roku HDTV, central heat & air, and a dedicated work desk with some supplies (computer not included) that is located in one of the bedrooms . A Queen size air mattress with bedding is available for rent for $40 per stay if requested (must be paid at time of request). IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please be aware that you will have to walk approx 50' from the parking area to the entrance of the house and climb 5 steps to get access to the front porch as there is no driving or parking allowed on the grass. A Gorilla Cart is supplied to transport luggage, groceries, and other supplies from your vehicle to the house and is located near the parking area. Guest access You will have private access to the entire house (except for 1 small closet for the housekeeper's cleaning supplies that will remain locked). Other things to note 1) Please let everyone in your party know that there are surveillance and audio cameras on the outside of the house facing the porch, front entrance and the parking area. 2) The living room sofa does NOT double as a bed, I have an air up mattress available for rent if you need extra bedding or you are welcome to bring your own and set it up on the floor. 3) A queen size air up mattress with bedding is available for rent for $40 per stay. Once paid for I will be happy to set it up and make the bed with fresh sheets and blankets. Please request when booking if you need this.
