On Wisconsin! I bedrm + shared bath

My 1898 Victorian is located in the heart of Deforest where you can walk to restaurants, parks, trails, a library, a bowling alley. I converted the house into 2 units, turning the smaller one, Holum Hideaway, into a successful Airbnb in May of 2022. On Wisconsin! Is a room in the part of my house where I live, so for my safety, I would prefer to rent to people in the LBGTQ community, people who identify as female, couples & small families. Please inquire with ANY questions. The space The most important things to note: I have two friendly dogs, one of them 150 pounds, and the other 35 pounds, so you must be comfortable with dogs and dog hair. You are allowed one dog as long as it gets along with my dogs. If there are any issues, you need to be willing to leave it in your room. I do have a kennel if needed. I only have one bathroom which would be shared with me and my 16-year-old son who lives here every other week. instant book is off, so I can use my discretion as to who I allow to be in my home. I assure you that I will respond within minutes to any inquiries, so you will not need to wait long to find out if your reservation request will be accepted . As you may have read the description, I prefer members of the LBGTQ community, people who identify as female and couples, and I will consider men on a case by case basis.  My part of the house is larger than my second unit. There is a large entryway we will also find the stairway up to the three bedrooms. Next you walk into a large, shared dining room, which has a formal table and a sitting area. Adjacent to the entryway, is a large, shared living room with a wraparound couch, smart TV, digital antenna, a few streaming channels, DVD player, books, and games. My office is next to the dining room, and is private only to me and my family.  The shared kitchen is through the dining room, and the shared bath is off the kitchen. The stairs to the basement is also off the kitchen and that is where you will find the washer and dryer if you need to do laundry.  Guest access You have access to your 2nd floor bedroom, the living room, the dining room, the entryway, the kitchen, the bathroom, part of the basement and all exterior areas of the property. My office is private and just for my family.
