The property is a 4 bedroom house. My room (and office) is on the topmost floor, so I'm always there for most of the day. There are 3 bedrooms on the middle floor (which I intend to let out) and has a toilet and bathroom. The ground floor has a kitchen and another toilet. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. No pets pls. The living room is not accessible to guests. This particular room is a double bed and it's FOR ONE GUEST ONLY.
