The space The 18 sqm Shepherd's Hut is thoughtfully designed infused with British charm interior, blending traditional touches with modern comforts. The space features the following: *A standard double bed with hotel quality pillows and linens *Sofa that has a pull out that converts into a double-sized bed *En suite bathroom with running hot and cold water *Kitchenette: Electric hob, oven, coffee maker,refrigerator, toaster, rice cooker, pots and pans, utensils and complete dinnerware *Small dining area *Reliable Wifi *32 in' Smart TV with Netflix/HBO/YouTube * Fully furnished and air-conditioned *Outdoor dining/grilling/cooking area * Small pool What's Nearby? -We are conveniently located 4 minutes away from Teban Trail. - 5 minutes from 13 falls -The Candle Monument is just a 14-minute drive away. -Digo's Hills and Verdivia Trail are also within a 16-minute drive. Dining Options: -Tila Pilon Hills Café by Kape Provincia: 23 Kalawakan Rd, Kalawakan Proper, DRT, Bulacan (16-minute drive) -Jollibee Angat - Located in Angat, Bulacan, approximately 30-40 minutes away from Sleepy Shepherd. -Jollibee Norzagaray - Located in Norzagaray, Bulacan, also about 40-50 minutes away. IMPORTANT REMINDER: There are nearby restaurants that come highly recommended, but availability can be inconsistent. We suggest confirming with the restaurant or having a backup plan just in case. Please note that we do not sell or provide food on-site. We have all the tools and equipment you need to cook your own meals, so please be prepared and bring your own ingredients. You may also want to bring food or eat en route to avoid arriving hungry. Guest access Guests at Sleepy Shepherd have FREE access to the following: *22 hectare secluded pineapple farm & forest trails (roam freely along designated footpaths) *Private waterfall (subject to season and weather condition) *Outdoor kitchen *Spacious parking *Bonfire pit *Gas BBQ Please be mindful that you may encounter our farmers from time to time as it is a working farm. Whether you're indoors or outdoors, the entire space is yours to savor and enjoy during your stay Check-in and Check-out Instructions: -Check-in is at 2 pm *** -Check-out is at 12 pm. ***Early check-in allowed (subject to availability) Other things to note 1. Kindly coordinate with the host for any photo/video shoots, product shoots, or events on our property, as this requires separate arrangements. 2. During rainy or windy weather, noise from windows and doors may occur due to the elevated position atop a hill. Please keep doors and windows securely closed to minimize disturbance. 3. Guests bringing pets are required to provide a Php 3,000 pet deposit, payable in cash or through GCash. This deposit covers potential damages caused by the pet, refundable upon check-out if no damages are incurred. 4. Trips to local tourist spots can be arranged through experienced locals, subject to local government rules. 5. Please be aware that occasional power outages or brownouts may occur due to environmental factors or infrastructure limitations, although rare. However a generator will be provided to ensure power. 6. Use electricity wisely, avoiding simultaneous use of all appliances. Consider turning off air conditioning while showering. 7. Exercise caution on the property's terrain, including cliffs and jungle areas, and be mindful of insects and animals for a safe stay. 8. Please be aware that the pool is unfenced. Exercise caution, especially if traveling with children, to ensure their safety around the pool area. 9. Children under 12 should be supervised at all times. 10. Given the nature environment of our property, it's essential to ensure the safety and comfort of your children. While we provide mosquito stickers and lotions, we strongly recommend that children ALWAYS wear mosquito repellent, along with long pants and sleeves for added protection. The natural surroundings can be beautiful but require vigilance. 11. Please also be aware that, despite our regular fumigation of the hut every month, you may still encounter ants, jungle roaches, and other insects. We strive to maintain a balance with nature, so while we take measures to ensure your comfort, we don't aim to eliminate the natural elements around us. Rest assured, we deep clean the inside and outside of the property thoroughly before every guest's arrival to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
